Remote Shopify Developer
Salary 8. 000 - 12. 000 RON net per month
Requirements:
• Extended knowledge of the whole Shopify platform. Architecture, Apps, themes, APIs and so on.
• HTML5, CSS3 and Sass
• JavaScript. Be ready to write highly flexible, re-usable and complex Web Components using modern JS. Some jQuery might also come up from time to time.
• Shopify Liquid Templating Language. This should not be new to you as you will create custom Shopify Sections based on bespoke designs.
• ReactJS. We can integrate React within Shopify stores but we also use it for Custom/Private Apps. NodeJS experience would be a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
• Comfortable with UI/UX principles & specifications and implementing bespoke eCommerce designs.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills
• Write clean and re-usable code (respecting coding standards)
• Knowledge of GIT
• Understanding of web page speed: what drives it, how to improve it and how to develop with that in mind
• Have a good understanding of on-page technical SEO.
• Knowledge of project management/comms tools like Asana and Slack or willing to learn them
Responsibilities:
• Develop and maintain new website/apps features for all our projects
• Write clean, healthy and reusable code
• Research and find solutions to customers' requirements
• Perform testing for all the code you're writing, making sure you are 100% happy with what you deliver
• Upskill yourself everyday either by learning new things or by embracing what your colleagues know already
• Communicate with the rest of the team for new or ongoing tasks
• Work together to finish projects successfully and achieve team goals
