Technical Support Engineer
Salary 5. 500 - 7. 000 RON net per month
Requirements:
- We are looking for a Technical Support Engineer, who will focus on:
Supporting customers, dealers and installers onsite or remotely by phone, e-mail and internet with technical questions about our entire product line. Answering incoming calls from customers in need of emergency service.
Gathering on detailed information, performing analysis and seeking solution, meanwhile coordinating with corresponding colleagues, department or service providers who will assist the customer.
What we expect from your profile:
• You can be either a fresh graduate of a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Electronics, Telecommunications, or Information Systems or experienced person from the Security field.
• You have experience in the field of video surveillance technology
• Experience in CRM (Asana) – real advantage
• Positive personality characteristics, willing to help people.
• Ability to work well under pressure and effectively handle peak volumes of work.
• Good communication and customer service skills and awareness.
• Ability to maintain a positive company image and brand.
• Organized, detail-oriented and accurate.
• Native speaker level of Romanian, well-developed written and verbal communication in English.
• Ability to conduct well-organized training sessions and convey technical information clearly at all levels.
• Ability to effectively utilize resources to solve issues and create solutions for customer and partner’s needs and problems.
• Ability to project a strong leadership image and foster a cooperative working relationship with management and colleagues.
• Intermediate to advanced computer skills.
• An interest in electronics products.
