Requirements:
- - A commercial education at a minimum of MBO level
- Experience in a managerial and commercial role
- Ability to prioritize tasks
- Flexibility, stress-resistance, creativity, and ambition
- Affinity with the industry and strong professional knowledge
- Experience in the fuel market is considered an advantageous asset
Responsibilities:
- - Daily management of the on-site staff
- Oversight of personnel policies at the gas station, including establishing schedules, recruitment, training, and identifying new team members
- Co-responsibility for serving customers to achieve the right sales results
- Handling station administration such as daily records, hour tracking, cash flow, and purchasing of shop and food items
- Ensuring the correct application of company procedures and legal standards and providing periodic management information
- Sales and cash register tasks, regularly interspersed with minor duties such as shelf restocking and weekly fuel inventory checks and station maintenance
- Implementation of commercial activities to enhance the AVIA brand awareness and improve the branch's performance
