Requirements:
- - A completed HBO/WO education in the field of ICT
- At least 3 years of relevant work experience in a role of functional administrator, application administrator, or technical application administrator (mid-level or senior)
- Basic knowledge of ICT service management processes
- Experience with Pega is an advantage
- Availability of 32 to 40 hours per week (part-time or full-time)
Responsibilities:
- - Acting as a point of contact for all users of Pega applications within De Mandemakers Groep, answering questions, and resolving incidents
- Working on a meticulous setup, managing authorizations and application settings, and participating in acceptance and smoke testing
- Engaging with business analysts and the CRM team on new or modified functionalities and their introduction
- Identifying improvement points and making improvement proposals to elevate our company

As a functional application administrator at De Mandemakers Groep, I will be responsible for the daily connection between the business and the application capabilities of our CRM system. I will work with a team, ensuring that our applications, including customer service, a mobile app for our technicians, and a brand-new app for transportation, function optimally. Additionally, I will be involved in the implementation of the Customer Engagement and Digital Process Automation software from PegaSystems.
