Office Coordinator
For our Client global energy company dedicated exclusively to wind energy we are looking for candidate for the roleoffice coordinator. This rolecontributes to the effectiveness of the departments by supporting the management with various practical and administrative tasks. The coordinator contributes to a positive working environment within the department by being an open and positive go-to person, demonstrates trust for sparring and is an ambassador towards stakeholders, internal as well as external.

What we expect
- fluent in English and Polish, both verbal and written,
- experience from a similar position within administration and/or supporting role in an international company,
- high proficiency in MS Office,
- (preferably) High proficiency in MS SharePoint,
- solid planning- and organizational skills,
- thriving in a diverse role, which includes routine tasks,
- open-minded and team-oriented.

What we offer

- attractive salary 8, 000-9, 500 PLN gross per month,
- employment under a temporary employment contract through Randstad Polska with the opportunity to be employed under an employment contract directly with our client,
- work type: stationary or remote work,
- working hours: 8am-4pm,
- travel activity: Expected approximately 10 days per year,
- non-wage benefits package.
Your tasks
- creating and managing meeting structure/annual wheel,
- practicalities for meetings, such as booking of venue, meeting room, refreshments as well as Notice- and Minutes of Meetings,
- calendar management, travel planning and booking,
- organizing team events, special occasions,
- onboarding of new colleagues in the team,
- ensuring clear and effective communication throughout the department,
- preparing monthly newsletter, coordinating of Site visits,
- overall responsible for developing and maintaining the department’s SharePoint sites,
- lead the transition to SharePoint for all sub departments in the respective area.
