IRB Model Development Team Leader
Main responsibilities:
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and ensure team members acquire necessary competencies and skills;
- Strategize, coach, evaluate, and enhance the professionalism of team members,
- Assist teams in the development and monitoring of credit risk models,
- Guarantee the quality of team deliverables,
- Recruit and integrate new talents into the team,
- Engage with stakeholders effectively.
Requirements:
- Completed higher education in econometrics/quantitative finance/quantitative methods/mathematics/statistics/physics;
- Min. 5 years of experience with credit risk management and/or modelling,
- Knowledge of building, updating, monitoring and maintaining credit risk models,
- Capable of assisting both internal and external clients in comprehending and meeting their requirements and expectations,
- Fluent English and Polish,
- Team player with people-oriented focus.
