- You can be a part of our success by joining our R&D team in Warsaw as Scrum Master for our End User Apps and help people with hearing disabilities. You will play a pivotal role in supporting two agile teams within our SAFe framework.
- Your primary focus will be collaborating with an Agile Release Train of experts to create mobile applications that have a meaningful impact on the lives our users. responsibilities :
- Cultivate an environment that fosters high-performing team dynamics, continuous flow, and relentless improvement.
- Coach and empower the team for self-management.
- Actively listen to and assist teams in problem identification, root cause analysis, and decision-making.
- Understand the team's velocity and align workloads to ensure realistic commitments.
- Collaborate with other leaders of the ART, including through Scrum of Scrums, to ensure cross-team alignment, identify dependencies, and support ART deliveries.
- Drive or assist in initiatives improving organization’s effectiveness.
requirements-expected :
- have 4+ years of Scrum Master experience in multiple organizations, including at least one with similar scale/complexity to Demant;
- show proficiency in understanding software lifecycle processes and a commitment to maintaining architecture, requirements, code base, testing, and documentation;
- demonstrate experience in agile methodologies (e. g. , Scrum, Kanban) as part of the daily development process;
- exhibit people leadership skills, with the ability to understand individual motivations and profiles to build high-performing teams;
- are fluent in Polish and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills, along with effective presentation abilities;
- are self-driven and inquisitive, willing to challenge solutions and ideas.
