ServiceNow Pre-Sales Manager
responsibilities :
- Collaborate with sales teams to understand customer requirements and provide technical sales support.
- Design high-quality ServiceNow solutions and deliver compelling presentations and demonstrations to potential clients.
- Collaborate with customers to identify their challenges and needs to propose adaptable solutions.
- Produce detailed technical documentation and specifications based on customer requirements.
- Study all new product releases and maintain up-to-date knowledge of ServiceNow capabilities.
- Develop a strong relationship with key client stakeholders and establish a strategic partnership.
- Take initiative in identifying growth opportunities and collaborate with teams to achieve sales goals.
- Provide technical input into the sales cycle including solutioning, estimating, creating and presenting client proposals. This will include opportunities in ITSM, ITOM, SecOps, GRC, HR, and CSM.
requirements-expected :
- Significant years of pre-sales, consulting, or business analysis experience including responses to RFIs, RFPs and client facing presentations; ServiceNow experience is a major plus.
- Proven technical acumen and experience demonstrating technology solutions.
- Familiarity with the ServiceNow platform and its core constructs, modules, and possibilities.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to travel to client meetings, team meetings, and conferences as required.
- Excellent problem-solving capabilities, and the skill to work well under pressure.
- Motivated self-starter, with a willingness to learn and work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- ServiceNow certifications are seen as a significant asset.
