Payroll specialist with English
Responsibilities:
- Processing payroll comprehensively and promptly, according to requirements.
- Ensuring the completeness and accuracy of payroll data input, encompassing various aspects such as employee life cycle events, benefits, time and attendance records and specific equity transactions.
- Implementing payroll controls diligently and in accordance with the established control framework.
- Monthly and annual post-payroll tasks according to schedule.
- Time management and attendance procedures, including administering vacation policies, employee entitlements or creating schedules.
- Maintaining documentation of processes and controls, as well as tracking performance metrics.
- Identifying opportunities for process optimizations.
- Cooperation with external service providers and the global team.
- Acting as the primary point of contact for inquiries and concerns related to payroll and time and attendance.
Requirements:
- A minimum 3 years of experience working in the payroll area
- Fluency in Polish and English
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- Good knowledge of TETA
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Proactive approach to process optimization
