Your responsibilities
- Overseeing all operations and business activities in Poland to ensure they produce the desired results and are consistent with the overall mission and strategy.
- Developing business strategies and plans ensuring their alignment with short-term and long-term objectives for the sales and manufacturing business
- Building trust relationships with key partners and stakeholders
- Taking initiatives together with the team to acquire projects in the automotive sector
- Developing business prospects by studying economic trends and revenue opportunities; projecting acquisition and expansion prospects; analyzing organization operations; identifying opportunities for improvement, cost reduction
- Creating environment and culture that focuses on fulfilling the company’s mission, vision, and values
- Leading and motivating subordinates to develop and keep engagement
- Making major corporate decisions, managing the overall operations and resources of a company
- Monitoring how various departments of the company operate and how they work together to achieve overall goals
- Enforcing adherence to legal guidelines and in-house policies to maintain the company’s legality
- Maintaining a deep knowledge of the markets and industry of the company
Employer requirements
- Proven experience in senior management roles, preferably on C-Level positions in automotive sector, preferably in the area of sales or business development
- Deep knowledge of the automotive industry
- Proven experience and achievements in increasing the company's activity in the indicated industries in the field of sales
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business, engineering, accounting, finance, or a related field
- Experience in developing profitable strategies and implementing vision
- Strong understanding of corporate finance and performance management principles
- Familiarity with diverse business functions such as marketing, PR, HR, finance, etc.
- In-depth knowledge of corporate governance and general management best practices
- An entrepreneurial mindset with outstanding organizational and leadership skills
- Analytical abilities and problem-solving skills
- Fluent communication in English
