Twój zakres obowiązków
As Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating and executing all processes related to creating the future of the brand in the markets of the region of responsibility and in particular for:
- Acquiring new customers in the region of responsibility, maintaining relationships with key customers and business partners
- Preparation of strategies for potential customers
- Building relationships with new and existing customers
- Collection of market data, market analysis, identification of trends and competition
Currently, due to brand growth, we are looking for two people to join our team to be tasked with development in the following regions:
1. LATAM region
2. APAC region
Nasze wymagania
- Proven work experience as a business development manager and a track record in B2B sales
- Strong focus on identifying business development opportunities for the Company in the LATAM or APAC region
- Strong negotiation skills and ability to close deals
- Effectiveness in prioritising projects with a high degree of autonomy
- Ability to manage time effectively and excellent attention to detail
- Very good knowledge of English (APAC) and Spanish and/or Portuguese and English (LATAM)
- Knowledge of the dermocosmetics/cosmetics industry and the pharmacy market is welcome
- Communication skills, ability to build business relations, proactivity, positive attitude
- Willingness to travel frequently on business - min. 1 week per month
