What does it take to be successful during the recruitment process:

. at least 3 years of experience in design for IT

. experience in Figma app (symbols, prototyping, building reusable design components) and FigJam or other whiteboard tool

. experience in Adobe CC suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects)

. professional fluency in English (at least B2+)

. ability to conduct the design process in cooperation with PM and the rest of the team

. experience in agile design (making smaller chunks that make sense)

. ability to achieve high aesthetics level,

. ability to define information architecture of the product

. ability to define requirements to create successful MVP

. ability to create lo-fi wireframes

. ability to create interactive prototypes

. ability to design responsive app and website (desktop, tablet, mobile)

. high responsibility, team player

. proactivity (suggest solution or the next steps)

. ability to run meetings with international clients

. ability to discover business needs, users needs,

. ability to explain to developers how features will work

. ability to find balance between clients & users needs, budget, developers abilities

Our recruitment process:

• Initial Application Review 

We strive to conduct an initial review of your application within 48 hours, and we always get back to you with our decision.

• Screening call 

We'll invite you to a screening interview with our HR team that should take around 30-45 minutes.

• Interview with our team 

If your application meets our requirements for the role you applied for you’ll meet over video chat with one of your future colleagues for 1, 5 hours interview. During the call, we'll provide more context about the role you applied for and about UI/UX standards we follow in Apzumi. You'll have the opportunity to tell us about your career and interest in design. We may ask you some in-depth role-related questions, and we'll answer any pressing questions you may have.

• Offer 

After the above stages of the hiring process, we'll deliver a decision as soon as possible. The cooperation proposal will contain a written summary, information on salary and responsibilities, expected projects, and tasks. We’ll also explain the next steps to start our cooperation.
