For our Client we are currently looking for Candidates for the position of:

Test Lead for Unqork project

Location: remote work
Job type: B2B (with Hays Poland)
Length: long-term project
Rate: 170-190 PLN/h net
Start date: ASAP
Working hours: European business hours
Remote work: 100% remote
Vacancies: 2
Stage of the project: project started in August 2024 and is planned for at least 2 years


What will you do:

• Implement testing strategy tailored to Unqork platform solutions, ensuring quality and alignment with project objectives and timelines.
• Lead test planning activities, including test design, scope definition, resource allocation, and schedule management.
• Develop and manage test cases, test scripts, and test data required for Unqork applications, focusing on both functional and non-functional requirements.

• Design and implement automated testing frameworks and scripts in Python to streamline testing processes and increase test coverage.
• Collaborate with development teams to integrate automated testing into the CI/CD pipeline, optimizing for speed and reliability.

• Guide and mentor a team of testers, promoting best practices in both manual and automated testing specific to Unqork applications.
• Drive knowledge-sharing sessions within the testing team, enhancing their skills in both Unqork and Python automation.

• Work closely with developers, and business analysts to understand business requirements and acceptance criteria.
• Communicate test progress, challenges, and outcomes to project stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment with project goals.

• Oversee defect tracking and resolution processes, ensuring critical issues are prioritized and resolved promptly.
• Continuously evaluate test results, providing detailed analysis and quality metrics to stakeholders.
• Conduct root-cause analysis on defects, collaborating with development teams to improve future testing coverage and overall application quality.

• At least 5 years of experience as Automation Tester / Test Lead
• Expert knowledge of Python
• Low-code platforms experience is very nice to have
• Knowledge of English on min. C1 level
