Technical Sales Engineer Wrocław

Your responsibilities

• Meet sales targets and coordinate sales projects to ensure continued sustainable growth.
• Develop long-term relationships with clients, by interpreting and finding innovative ways to meet their requirements.
• Demonstrate the FOCUS values to customers through every activity undertaken.
• Provide pre-sales and after-sales technical assistance and arrange and deliver product training to customers.
• Persuade customers that product/ service best satisfies their needs in terms of performance, quality, price and delivery.
• Make technical presentations and demonstrate how a product meets a customer’s needs.
• Support marketing activities by attending trade shows, conferences and other marketing events.
• Provide training and produce support material for other members of the sales team.

Our requirements

• At least 3 years of technical/ sales experience in industry, ideally obtained in the Hygiene industry
• Account management skills gained by a combination of on-the-job experience and training including the ability to make convincing presentations and conduct mutually-beneficial negotiations
• Time management
• Ability to think strategically
• Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
• Min. Bachelor degree in chemical engineering, engineering machinery, Sales or Marketing Management.
• Proficient in spoken and written English
