You will be working in a cross-brand and cross-market functional team that uses agile methodologies to develop digital services. Together with the team you will be working in close collaboration with the stakeholders throughout the whole development lifecycle, including requirement gathering, analysis, design, development, testing, deployment and operations. NET Framework is appreciatedYou are used to coaching/helping other developers and using things such as code reviews and pair programming to improve the quality of the team’s code. You have a good understanding of what is great team work - not only with your technical team, but also with other stakeholders. Collaboration between the Fortum countries requires excellent English skillsWhat you will do:Lead the development team in technical and architecture discussionsCoach the team members to make sure they delivered great code using pull processes, requests and code reviewsTogether with the development team and the product owner design the new solutionsDrive the team towards a continuous delivery setup using DevOps and CI/CD mindsetEnsure proper security, monitoring and alerts for the applicationsOrganize JIRA and Confluence based on development team and business needs including processes flows and reportsReport to the Team manager but will work closely with your colleagues in other countries so some travel might occur (after pandemic restrictions)
