We sell across multiple ecommerce marketplaces (the largest seller on Amazon!) that relies upon an automated fulfillment system for FBM orders on Amazon (from warehouse selection to shipping labels, to other elements, including product management, inventory visualization, and more. ) To achieve all this, we need team members ready to dive in and help us grow. This system has been in production for 4 years. We do our best to have the best quality software. We try not to spend more than 20% fixing it, but inevitably bugs happen. We are called software engineers, but we are still humans. Leading the team of developers. At the start, we will provide you time to get familiar with the application. We will help you with that so you can smoothly transition to be a tech lead for a portion of the system. A little about that… our system is divided into contexts. You will be a tech lead of one of those contexts. You won’t do any HR-related stuff. We want you to be our tech lead, not a team manager.
