What we expect
- 3 to 5 years of experience in the travel and expense management sector.
- Proven fluency in English.
- At least 1 year of experience in a team leadership role or a similar position with demonstrated success.
- A university degree or higher vocational qualification in a relevant field.
- Strong communication and presentation abilities.
- Positive attitude with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Experience in Shared Services is a plus.
- Strong quantitative skills and proficiency in data analysis.

Your tasks
- Develop and guide a team of coordinators specializing in travel and expense management, with a strong focus on exceptional customer service delivery.
- Establish performance targets emphasizing customer satisfaction and operational efficiency. Present these KPIs during operational reviews.
- Offer thorough training and support to team members on travel and expense policies, procedures, and tools to ensure they are well-prepared and confident in their roles.
- Assist in the creation and refinement of travel and expense processes, tools, and templates. Provide guidance and oversight to the team as required.
- Manage services across various countries, business units, and functions.
- Facilitate effective planning, collaboration, and information sharing with relevant stakeholders to ensure a smooth end-to-end process.
- Address and resolve issues promptly while maintaining high service quality.
- Build and maintain a high-performing, motivated team that consistently achieves key performance indicators (KPIs) and internal customer satisfaction.
