Your responsibilities
Complete order management, from order receipt to order shipment and delivery;
Compliant with PF, DPD, Accounting Act and the internal regulations of Bausch & Lomb
Be a super user of the SAP module, processing orders, sending order acknowledgements and planning shipments on time and in full.
Manage the team of OM Specialists and have and has oversight and responsibility for the quality and output of their work.
Be responsible to review and update OM - Standard Operating Procedures, as required to ensure compliance to customer country requirements
Support the DC Manager with OM reporting as required
With the 3PL plan and execute timely and accurate picking/ packing at the warehouse
Prepare customs / export documentation (where necessary)
Organise booking of transport services with 3PL
Follow-up shipment of orders till delivery
Ensure Trade Compliance checks are performed (where applicable)
Liaise with finance, IT, sales & marketing teams to solve any issues in day-to-day operations
Tracks order activity and alerts appropriate stakeholders of any potential delivery problems. Expedites the delivery of selected urgent orders.
Effective and purposeful communication to customers on order status, shipment status and back orders.
Utilize technical knowledge of products, product availability, sales territories and individual customers to provide a key communications link to the customer.
Customer satisfaction by building strong relationship, providing accurate information, pro-active actions and problems solving
Attention to detail and accuracy with all aspects of order management

Familiarization with all safety regulations and procedures related to work in a given organizational unit and compliance with them.
Knowledge of the documentation of the Quality Management System and the applicable GMP / GDP regulations related to the work performed and compliance with them.

Our requirements
University degree
Experience in a managerial position for a minimum of 3 years.
Pharma / Medical Device industry experience will be a strong plus-point
Super User in SAP with excellent skill in MS Office suite (especially Excel)
People person with strong team building skills
Written and verbal communication skills, fluent Polish & English is a must
Any other foreign language is a plus
Business writing skills

Purpose of the Role:
The Order Management Team Leader is responsible to lead by example and also manage the team of OM Specialists to receive and process customer orders, inquiries and complaints covering items or services ordered and supports customers through specialized knowledge of Bausch & Lomb products. You will manage the fulfilment of customer orders in accordance with the applicable agreements preparing all sales documents, customs documentation and other documents necessary for the shipment per country / customer.
