• We are seeking a detail-oriented and technically adept System Analyst / Tester to join our team. In this hybrid role, you'll be equally focused on analyzing complex systems and performing thorough testing to ensure application reliability and data accuracy. You’ll act as a bridge between technical teams and business units, supporting solution delivery from analysis through to go-live.

• Join Agile ceremonies and assist the PO with sprint planning and refinement
• Analyze user needs and system behavior to propose process and UX improvements
• Document test cases and scenarios based on acceptance criteria (written by the PO)
• Support the PO in validating sprint deliverables and gathering structured business feedback
• After the deployment in production
• Support business units during onboarding and initial setup
• Write user guides and practical documentation to support adoption
• Investigate and reproduce bugs or issues using logs, APIs, REDIS and database queries
• Validate data pipelines from backend systems to the frontend
• Test and monitor APIs and service responses using tools like Postman
• Write Gherkin-style acceptance criteria to support automated test scripting

• Proven experience in system analysis and software testing within complex systems
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum practices
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
• A proactive, curious mindset and willingness to dig into technical details
• Good verbal and written communication skills in English
