• We are looking for candidates who possess the following skills and experience:
• Application development experience using. NET, C#
• Strong understanding of front-end technologies such as JavaScript, including Angular or React
• Significant experience in designing cloud-native applications and architectures
• Solid background in API design and integration patterns
• Deep knowledge of Azure cloud services and modern deployment practices
• Familiarity with development management tooling and approaches, including code control, collaboration, and test automation
• Comprehensive knowledge of the Microsoft stack
• Extensive experience managing and supporting in-house developed applications
• Strong skills in solution design and architecture (business and systems)
• A good understanding of Low Code technologies and their implementation in a business environment
• Experience and understanding of cloud data architecture and solutions

• As the Head of Software Development, I will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing our application development strategy. I will lead the technical solution designs and architectural standards aligning with our business's short- and long-term objectives. This role involves:
• Overseeing the development roadmap for web applications that support the entire business
• Collaborating closely with the Head of Digital Operations and the Delivery Manager as part of the leadership team
• Designing and delivering high-quality application solutions through direct management of a team of six developers and testing teams
