• ServiceNow Team at Sii provides services to customers from various industries in Europe and the United States. • As a ServiceNow Developer, you will join the team working on many projects utilizing various modules and applications on the ServiceNow platform. Don’t miss this exciting opportunity!

• Take part in the testing and deployment activities, and validate technical solutions before deployment
• Participate in requirement analysis and review sessions, design reviews, and Scrum meetings
• Raise opportunities for potential automation to enhance the end-user experience with the platform
• Make scripts in various areas (Business Rules, UI Actions, Access Control Lists, UI Policies, UI Pages)
• Create, customize, and modify Flow/Workflow, portals, and widgets, and perform platform upgrades, including skipped records review
• Integrate with 3rd party tools and other ServiceNow instances (including out-of-the-box APIs and REST/SOAP web services)

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer
• Experience in core ServiceNow modules like Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management, Service Level Management, CMDB, Knowledge Management, Service Request Management
• Organized and focused approach to work
• Good analytical and communication skills
• Fluent Polish required
• Residing in Poland required
