Your responsibilities- Designing and configuring ServiceNow applications according to business requirements, including creating custom applications, modules, workflows, and integrations with other systems,
- Implementing and optimizing ITSM, ITOM, SIR, CSM, ITBM, or other ServiceNow modules (e. g. , HR, Security Operations),
- Collaborating with business and IT teams to identify requirements, analyze needs, and tailor ServiceNow platform solutions to specific business processes,
- Participating in the entire project lifecycle – from requirements analysis, through design and configuration, to testing, deployment, and post-implementation support,
- Creating and updating technical and functional documentation related to projects carried out on the ServiceNow platform,
- Proactively solving problems and ensuring high availability and optimal performance of the ServiceNow system,
- Implementing ServiceNow integrations with other business systems and ITSM-class systems using APIs, MID Server, Web Services (REST/SOAP),
- Supporting training activities and knowledge transfer to teams and clients.

Our requirements- Minimum 2-3 years of experience working as a ServiceNow Developer or Consultant, covering the full cycle of application and business process implementation on the ServiceNow platform,
- Proficiency in working with the ITSM module and at least one of the other ServiceNow modules, such as ITOM, SIR, CSM, ITBM, HR, or Security Operations,
- Ability to write JavaScript scripts, including Script Includes, Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Actions, as well as knowledge of Flow Designer and Workflow Engine,
- Knowledge of integration with external systems using REST, SOAP, MID Server, JDBC, LDAP, and other technologies,
- Ability to manage configuration and administration of the ServiceNow instance, including user management, permissions, and service catalog,
- Holding ServiceNow certifications (e. g. , Certified System Administrator, Certified Application Developer, ITSM Implementation) will be an additional advantage,
- Ability to analyze business requirements and effectively communicate with various stakeholders, both technical and non-technical,
- Familiarity with working in an Agile/Scrum environment,
- Very good command of English, both spoken and written,
- Knowledge of German will be an additional advantage.
