ZAKRES OBOWIĄZKÓW:

• dentifying new tender opportunities: As the senior tender specialist you are responsible for identifying new tender opportunities that are relevant to the organization. This includes conducting market research, analyzing bid documents, and identifying opportunities for growth

• Preparing and submitting bids: Once a tender opportunity has been identified, you will be responsible for preparing and submitting a bid for mechanical and electrical installations for machineries like sorters, conveyors, pallet lifts, transport lines and so on. This includes coordinating with various departments within the organization, reviewing legal and financial requirements, and developing a proposal that is competitive and meets the client's needs

• Managing the tender process: As the senior tender specialist you are responsible for managing the tender process from start to finish. This includes communicating with clients, coordinating with internal departments, and ensuring that all deadlines are met

• Maintaining records: As the senior tender specialist you are responsible for maintaining accurate records of all bids and proposals, as well as any correspondence with clients or suppliers

• Continuous improvement: As the senior tender specialist you are responsible for continuously improving the organization's tender processes by identifying areas for improvement and implementing best practices

• Several years of experience in the field of electricity, electrical engineering and automation

• Experience with using DWG TrueView, Navisworks, Vectorworks and MS Office

• Knowledge of project budgeting, offer calculation, tender materials

• Recommended technical education such as BSc, MSc or equivalent

• Fluent in verbal and written English
