• We are seeking an experienced Technical Product Manager to join our pharmaceutical client’s team. This role offers the opportunity to lead the development of cutting-edge software and data-driven solutions. As a key liaison between business units, software engineers, data scientists, and data engineers, you will be responsible for delivering impactful products that meet both strategic and technical goals.

• Develop and oversee product roadmaps, ensuring they are aligned with both business objectives and technical resources
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate complex requirements into actionable development plans
• Lead agile practices including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and release coordination
• Ensure clear communication of product vision, strategy, and progress across stakeholders
• Conduct market and technology assessments to guide product direction and prioritization
• Monitor KPIs and leverage data insights to drive continuous improvement

• Min. 10 years of experience in technical product management, including work with software, data science, and engineering teams
• Proven experience in Life Science projects, particularly in CMC and GxP development
• Strong command of agile methodologies and tools (e. g. , Jira, Confluence)
• Solid technical foundation in SDLC, cloud platforms (especially AWS), data engineering, and machine learning
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey complex technical topics to diverse audiences
• Fluency in English (spoken and written)
