We are looking for a Senior Ruby on Rails Developer who will join our team and help us create elegant and efficient web applications. You are:Extensively experienced and have killer abilities in Ruby on RailsKnowledgeable in SQL databases, especially postgresFocused on writing clean & SOLID codeChecking your code with unit and integration tests (e. g. RSpec)Equipped with real-world GIT experienceExperienced with the whole life cycle of projects (kickoff, deploy to production → maintenance)Able to choose suitable architecture for a project (we like but are not limited to clean architecture, services-based)Fluent in spoken and written EnglishOpen to learning and discovering new ways of solving problemsReady to discuss and iterate over your ideas during code reviewsBig +Previous experience in GraphQL, non-rails setup, DDD and, messaging mechanismsFamiliar with Javascript frameworksFamiliarity with terraform, kubernetes, dockerKnow-how connected to AWS (EC2, RDS, SQS, Lambda, Cloudwatch)You will:Work closely with the client and team to build state-of-the-art web projectsDrive innovation and improvements in our projects and development processesApart from project-related work, you can also:Coordinate tech initiatives and expand our knowledge baseExplore the path of tech-leadingBe a vital part of our sales estimation squadDelve into the world of leadershipRecruit the best people to MonterailSalary:15 000 - 25 000 PLN + VAT (B2B Contract)or 12 450 - 20 750 PLN gross on an employment contract (UoP)Negotiable depending on skills, experience and your potential.
