Senior/Lead Product Designer @ Godel Technologies Europe

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Senior/Lead Product Designer who can lead the full product design cycle — from discovery and research to prototyping, testing, and scaling solutions. In this role, you will be a key partner to product managers, developers, and analysts, shaping product strategy and creating solutions backed by metrics and measurable business results.

Responsibilities

  • Create CJMs, user flows, IA, prototypes, high‑level concepts, and detailed interfaces
  • Bridge the gap between strategic vision and operational execution
• Interface & Design System
  • Build accessible (WCAG‑compliant) and scalable interfaces
  • Maintain and evolve the design system
  • Ensure a consistent visual language across the product
• Product Impact
  • Demonstrate how design impacts key metrics (conversion, task completion time, retention, engagement)
  • Showcase before/after case studies and argue ROI of design initiatives
• Cross‑Functional Collaboration
  • Work closely with PMs, analysts, and engineers
  • Facilitate design workshops and sessions
  • Present solutions to stakeholders
• Leadership & Mentorship (Lead level)
  • Coordinate and guide other designers
  • Set quality standards, conduct reviews
  • Foster a strong design culture within the team

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in product design (B2B SaaS or complex systems preferred)
• Experience with B2B products and complex enterprise systems
• Proven track record of driving measurable product outcomes with concrete case studies (improved conversion, retention, engagement, etc. )
• Strong knowledge of UX/UI principles, usability best practices, and user behavior patterns
• Excellent proficiency in Figma and modern prototyping tools
• Experience building and scaling design systems
• Solid skills in analytics and A/B testing
• Flexibility and adaptability in fast‑changing environments (Agile/Scrum/Kanban)
• Strong English communication skills (B2+) for presentations and documentation
• Knowledge of accessibility and inclusive design
• Experience in graphic design, motion design, branding, or 3D
