• You'll build a strong engineering culture around innovation
• You'll design and develop innovative automated solutions that enable developers to stay productive as they continue to add product features and functionalities,
• You'll create a best-in-industry solution for CI/D (build, release workflow, deployment automation, and environment management)
• You'll collaborate with developers, architects, and release engineering to keep the overall development process efficient
• You'll bring industry trends in developer efficiency and implement them with us
• If you have experience in Team Leading, you'll lead your team of 5+ engineers, perform architecture reviews and define Objectives and Key Results.

• English, preferably B2+/C1
• 4+ years of experience in Python/Kotlin development
• A flair and willingness to pursue solid best practices and enjoy helping the rest of the team acquire and follow them,
• Solid engineering fundamentals (full stack and test automation experience)
• Experience in creating and improving fundamental engineering processes
