About the project

The Senior In-House SAP Consultant DTS Stream works mainly with stakeholders from the business (Production Planning, Production Execution, Quality Planning, Quality Inspection) and external parties to define and document business processes and software requirements in the Area of Demand to Supply.

The Senior In-House SAP Consultant DTS Stream supports, implements and coordinates issues, changes, and projects in the DTS environment and the interfacing areas with the ERP System.

Your responsibilities

• Analyze and define solutions within the Incident, Change-, Portfolio- and Project-Process
• Understand the business issues and data challenges
• Suggest areas of improvement
• Lead projects and initiatives in the DTS stream area
• Review and edit requirements, specifications, business processes and recommendations related to the proposed solution
• Develop functional specifications and system design specifications
• Recommend technical solutions
• Cooperate with consultants from other streams such as FTM, OTC and PTP
• Take responsibilities in the 2nd and 3rd level support
• Contribute to driving Oerlikon into Digitalization
• Manage the external AMS partner
• Drive for process harmonization and build-up of a global process catalog

Our requirements

• Bachelor in Applied Computer Science, Information Technology or similar
• Experience in the SAP value stream DTS (5+ years)
• Very advanced DTS stream knowledge
• End-to-End Process Customizing and Integration
• Experience and good understanding of related SAP ERP Streams like OTC, PTP, etc.
• Attendances in Full-Circle of SAP ERP Implementations
• Basic knowledge of ABAP is an advantage
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to solve problems
• Ability to manage clients expectations effectively
• Independence and self-motivation, teamwork and customer orientation
• Professional experience in international projects
• Ideally, experience in planning/execution of migration and rollout projects
• Experience with managing external partner
• Excellent language skills in English
