Your responsibilities
- Building and Infrastructure (B&I) Controlling:
- Analysis on primary cost elements
- Manage new requirements for the business, to standardize processes and enhance cost transparency
- Approve purchase requisitions and incoming vendor invoices.
- Approve CAPEX requests and create fixed assets in SAP. Support projects concerning Sonova’s facilities
- Leading the process for Budget and Estimates for the area
- Continuous improvements in cost controlling processes
- Manage the month end closing for an accurate financial reporting, with a timely reporting of the overall results
- Ensure timely completion of Internal Control System
- Quality Management and Regulatory Affairs (QRA) Controlling: Cost Controlling on local QRA Cost Center:
- Leading the process for Budget and Estimates for the area
- Manage reporting on the total global costs and FTEs for Regulatory & Quality Management
- Communication:
- Regular reporting to the Operations Controlling, the Senior Director Facility Management and the VP Quality Management and Regulatory Affairs
- Interdepartmental communication on any financial topics to all stakeholders, Cost Center Managers, Business Unit Controllers, Corporate Controlling and local Controllers
- Regular communication loops with direct report and provide coaching and development paths
Employer requirements
- University degree in business administration, finance, or controlling
- Around 7- 8 years in controlling role in a global company
- Few years in production controlling, commercial controlling or similar industry is a plus.
- Experience working for an international / multinational / global manufacturing company
- Excellent knowledge of Excel; affinity with BI tools
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with various stakeholders
- Ability to collaborate cross-functionally in a multicultural environment
- Excellent command of spoken and written English
- Team Management experience
- Few years SAP experience (FI/CO)
