• As a Senior Data Scientist, you will be part of a global interdisciplinary team of experts driving the company's digital transformation. We are looking for a flexible individual to participate in the design and implementation of a tool that streamlines the work of legal and tax professionals.

• Designing and enhancing a custom text analysis engine, as well as workflows
• Using Large Language Models for mass text processing
• Leading the end-to-end model development cycle, ensuring best practices for repeatable testing and well-managed software delivery
• Improving a Python, RAG, and cloud-based backend
• Collaborating in a team-oriented environment, sharing information, and partnering with cross-functional and remote teams
• Maintaining and producing project documentation
• Designing valid experiments, providing answers to empirical questions

• At least 5 years of experience working on information retrieval or summarizing large amounts of text
• Expertise in LLM area, building and training models
• Proficiency in Python: reviewing code, writing unit tests, and learning a large code base
• Comfort with remote development in AWS, Azure or GCP
• Exceptional analytical skills and focus on results
• Fluency in English
• Openness to project working hours that partially overlap with US business hours
• Fluent Polish required
• Residing in Poland required
