What you'll do
In your new role, you'll be working with a diverse range of stakeholders and managing the analysis of complex business needs in the project or programme. You'll have a chance to join the cloud solution implementation for our risk and finance departments and support the project managers to document project scope and approach, supporting the timelines by the management of requirements and delivery of business objectives.
In the course of your work, we’ll also look to you to build, manage and maintain a positive working relationship with stakeholders and third party suppliers across multiple franchises and functions.
You’ll also:
- Create and maintain documentation, as well as support controls and quality assurance for key stakeholders and suppliers
- Identify and support cut-over and implementation tasks
- Trace and link business requirements to future state design
- Support the project managers by providing and creating project reports, dashboards, and recommendation to understand project performance and solve decision-making problems
- Collaborate with the project teams to identify, escalate, mitigate, and resolve project risks
- Make sure project teams are informed and updated on the business solution design by facilitating workshops and gathering feedback
- Help to create and execute test scenarios and test scripts at various stages of the project in order to validate the solution design
The skills you'll need
You’ll need to hold a Business, Business Analyst, Computer Science or Information Systems degree, with at least five years' previous business analyst experience, preferably within a large international organization. Additionally, you’ll have an analytical mindset, with strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise your work.
You’ll also need:
- Confidence working with complex data and systems
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work with people at all levels of an organisation
- Confidence working with strategic change and with various stakeholders to define and execute operational strategy
- Problem-solving, time management and organisational skills
- An interest in, and understanding of, project management techniques
- Experience in working within Financial Services
