• Help shape the technical architecture and guide key engineering decisions.
• Work closely with product, design, and other teams to deliver end-to-end solutions.

• Drive features from idea to production, ensuring they meet both technical and business goals.
• Identify areas for improvement and actively contribute to performance, stability, and maintainability.

• 4+ years of experience with Java (preferably Java 17) or other JVM languages.
• Strong knowledge of Spring (Spring Boot, WebFlux), multithreading, and design patterns.
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and AWS (S3, SQS, SNS).
• Familiarity with REST and gRPC, contract-first API development.
• Practical experience with SQL (MySQL/PostgreSQL) and NoSQL (Redis, ElasticSearch).
• Good grasp of CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions) and monitoring/logging tools (e. g. , Prometheus, CloudWatch).
• Experience with asynchronous messaging (Kafka or RabbitMQ).
• Understanding of distributed systems and reactive programming.
