In the Software Solutions function, where a team is the fundamental element of the highly performing organization, we need a strong role of a Scrum Master.
Your responsibilities
Makes the team responsible and accountable, proactive and self-organising.
Enables Scrum in the team by introducing and taking accountability for the value of implemented events and artifacts described by the Scrum Guide.
Initiates improvements in the team’s self-organisation aiming at improving the team’s effectiveness.
Identifies improvements which can be applied to other areas of the team’s work, e. g. quality, predictability, transparency, etc.
Drives and coaches the team in identifying, understanding and solving or escalating impediments.
Collaboratively with other Scrum Masters builds an agile and well-performing organisation.
Coaches and pushes the organisation towards Scrum/Agile.
Facilitates, helps, supports and drives organisational changes.
Is a partner in long-term organisational initiatives.
Teaches and coaches the process and the way we work.
Works closeley with SAFe Release Train Engineer as well as other Scrum Masters in the Agile Release Train
Is highly engaged and drives initiatives in Scrum Master's Community of Practice
Is an active member of area leadership team to continuously improve the area by driving and contributing to strategic and operational intiatives
Is highly aligned with Demant values
Our requirements
At least 1, 5 years of experience as a Scrum Master
Has worked as a Scrum Master and achieved results in at least 1 organization
Has great knowledge about agility, understands the "why" behind scrum and is able to adapt agile solutions to existing situation
