Your responsibilities- Resolving written customer inquiries concerning orders, products, and services
- Providing first level product support to customers via written communication
- Managing product returns and claims
- Creating field service orders
- Supporting order processing during peak times
- Providing phone support to customers (inbound and outbound calls)
- Taking part in testing new solutions and participation in process improvement projects
- Creating and updating proper process documentations
- Support on newcomers onboarding
- Support of service scope expension

Our requirements- High level of customer and solution orientation
- Experience in customer-/after sales - service
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently and within a team
- Willingness to learn quickly
- Experience in work with SAP/SD module and/or SAP C4C is an advantage
- Basic technical understanding is an advantage
- English min. B2/C1 level
- High level of customer and solution orientation
- Experience in customer-/after sales - service
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
