S2P Knowledge Centre Specialist Kraków, Lesser Poland Voivodeship

In the role of S2P Knowledge Centre Specialist will be a focal point for all Source to Pay-related inquires. The Knowledge Centre Specialist will be responsible for providing resolutions to queries from multiple stakeholders, managing the escalation process within the ticketing tool, tracking and reporting on issues and inquiries and creating self -service tools to support stakeholders.

Act as a single point of contact for all Procurement and AP-related questions and issues

Responsible for escalating issues and needs to the appropriate Procure to Pay and AP teams for resolution
