RTR Manager
For our international client with SSC located in Kraków, we are looking for an RTR Manager.
Your responsibilities:
- Oversees the daily operations of RTR Team Leads and their teams
- Establishes clear and measurable performance goals and evaluates the performance of assigned RTR Team Leads
- Handles the period/quarter/year-end processes and ensures timely and accurate delivery of all required activities
- Assists in preparing Financial Statements and other reports and ensures they are delivered on time with high quality
- Maintains accuracy and data integrity in the end-to-end financial reporting process by complying with the internal control framework and external regulatory requirements
- Hires, trains, coaches, and sets goals for team members, assesses their skill development, and creates individual action plans as needed
- Achieves process performance and quality standards, as defined in SLA
- Builds regular relationships with local organizations’ representatives
- Complies with policies and procedures
- Leads process improvement and standardization projects within the department
- Supports Team Leads and Transformation Team in projects implementation for RTR
- Owns KPIs and reports those to superior
- Participates in the maintenance and update of RTR processes and procedures
- Collaborates with various business partners
Our requirements:
- Bachelor or Master's degree or equivalent diploma in Economics, Finance and Accounting and related education,
- Minimum 3 years of managing staff within the General Ledger process,
- Experience in SSC organizations will be a plus,
- Ability to work with information from various departments (PtP, OtC, Treasury, Business, etc. ),
- Experience in financial reporting and stock exchange reporting,
- Communicates well at all levels both externally and within the finance community,
- Skilled leadership and management techniques following good leadership principles,
- Highly motivated, flexible,
- Fluent spoken & written English (C1),
- Experience in SAP or similar ERP system is a plus.
