JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY**
We are pleased to announce that we are expanding our Wholesale Credit Risk Monitoring Team within Risk Data, Analytics Reporting and Technology (DART) Organization in Warsaw. As a result, we are looking for Risk Reporting Senior Manager to join WCRM Team.

Risk Data, Analytics, Reporting and Technology (DART) is responsibilities are fundamental to the Risk Management organization and all risk activities across Citi: (i) Front-to-back data transformation; (ii) risk analytics and modeling; (iii) risk data aggregation, controls, and reporting; and (iv) technology investments and strategy.
A Risk Reporting Senior Manager is expected to have a very good knowledge of credit products, operational processes and understanding of the risks associated with them.

**RESPONSIBILITIES:**
+ Prepare regular and time sensitive analytics, visualizations, and reports for risk managers and senior management.
+ Synthesize and communicate complex risk exposures and metrics.
+ Analyze, implement, and automate underlying data, data flows, and data controls toward process enhancements and efficiency gains.
+ Collaborate closely with risk managers, modelers, tech, and other adjacent functions.
+ Monitoring and management of Portfolio Limits with primary focus on Counterparty Credit Risk
+ Proactive exposures monitoring; undertaking analysis/investigation where required to ensure exposures are properly reported and exceptions resolved in a timely manner. This may include interacting with Sales and Trading as well as Credit Risk to understand the credit transaction.
+ Cooperation with other departments and various levels of management regarding credit risk reporting issues, including investigating data issues, and resolving reporting errors.
+ Serve as subject matter expert regarding credit risk reporting.
+ Management of the assigned projects in a timely manner, ensuring accuracy and that deliverables are met.
+ Identify policy and procedure gaps within the department and propose and implement solutions.
+ Demonstrate an ability to resolve internal and external audit issues and to interpret information requests from Regulators.
+ Develop an understanding of how financial and capital markets transactions, including derivative and foreign exchange trading, generate risk exposure, and how this affects extensions of credit to varied clients.
+ Develop a high degree of technical and policy understanding with respect to business credit processing.
+ Management of the process, ensuring high quality of delivered data and results.
+ Prepare data and documents required for the purpose of regulator, internal and external audit.
+ Cooperation with other departments/units, especially in the risk management area, in order to ensure the best possible solutions and highest process quality.
**Requirements:**
+ Undergraduate or masters in finance, business, economics, engineering, or other related technical disciplines.
+ Knowledge of or interest in finance, markets, risk management.
+ Skills in data, analytics, databases, data quality desired, not mandatory.
+ Experience in Tableau, PowerBI or equivalent preferred.
+ Coding in Python, R, SAS (or related statistics programs) preferred, but not required.
+ Fluent English
+ Advanced Excel & MS Office knowledge
+ Experience in leading governance and controls processes is an advantage.
