For our client, an international manufacturing company (process includes engineering and assembly), operating globally we are looking for a Quality Manager. This will be a standalone position so applicants will need to have a breath of knowledge within quality, but would also consider current Quality Engineers looking for that next step into management.
Our client, a prominent manufacturer within a global group, is seeking a skilled Quality Manager to join their team.
Description
As the Quality Manager you will be responsible for:
- As the Quality Leader, you will be responsible for defining, implementing, and coordinating the Quality Management System in compliance with current legislation and the guidelines of the Quality, Environment, and Organisation Director.
- This includes achieving strategic targets, ensuring client satisfaction, environmental commitment, and continuous improvement directives.
- You will maintain and update our ISO9001 Management System while identifying, proposing, and implementing processes to ensure compliance with applicable requirements and client expectations.
- Additionally, you will conduct internal audits, coordinate external audits and management reviews, and participate in new product and modification projects to ensure customer, quality, safety, and environmental requirements are met.
Profile
The ideal candidate will possess a degree or equivalent qualification, previous experience leading quality teams in automotive sector , and demonstrable experience in implementing quality and environmental systems like IATF 16949, as well as quality problem-solving tools and continuous improvement.
