Prudential Reporting Expert Warsaw, Masovian Voivodeship

The position is situated in the Prudential Reporting Team in the Department of Financial Reporting, Control and Taxes in the Financial Division.

We work closely across all functions on a daily basis (including the Risk Management, Operations, Business, Legal, other areas of Finance and the senior Management) and develop a deep understanding of regulatory requirements related to capital adequacy, Recovery and Resolution planning, the bank’s products.

Prudential Reporting Expert as a part of  Prudential Reporting Team is responsible for ensuring the completeness, accuracy and integrity of the bank's regulatory reporting and mainly deal with periodic reporting process, participates in projects implementation, regulatory requirements interpretations and systems’ improvements.

Responsibilities:

• Data preparation, batch data validation, creation and maintenance of tools used for indicators calculation,
• Timely preparation of internal and external reports (COREP, LE, LR - individual and consolidated basis),
• Participation in the process of preparing qualitative and quantitative information on capital adequacy - Pillar III,
• Continuous work on improving the timeliness and accuracy through process automation and minimizing manual intervention,
• Cooperation with the Bank's internal units for the purposes of the calculation of capital requirements,
• Cooperation with the external auditor, regulatory authorities (KNF, NBP), Polish banking Association,
• Implementation of procedures concerning the processes performed by the Team,
• Ensure compliance with policies, procedures and external regulations.

Qualifications:​

• Minimum 5 years of work experience in the area of Finance or MIS,
• Experience in the area of supervisory regulations interpretation, familiarity of COREP,
• Higher education degree,
• General knowledge of accounting,
• Good knowledge of banking products,
• Experience in the area of data analysis and processing,
• Knowledge of MS Excel and MS Access at an advanced level,
• Fluency in the Polish language,
• Communicative knowledge of English,
• Good work organization, enthusiasm and determination,
• Highly developed analytical skills,
• Attention to details,
• Communicativeness and focus on cooperation,
• Basic knowledge of SQL,
• Knowledge of VBA will be an advantage.
