Our client is a fast-growing, agile international consulting firm headquartered in the United Kingdom. They've been focusing on optimizing processes centricity and technology. One of the many areas they are focusing on is to design and implement next generation activities- reformulating operating models, optimising processes and installing automation.

As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for planning and overseeing software development projects to ensure they are completed in a timely fashion and within budget. You will plan based upon available resources and timeframe, prepare project budgets, monitor progress, and keep stakeholders informed of all progress throughout the project lifecycle. You will have exposure to the biggest brands on the market.

Your tasks will include:

• Develop and manage a detailed project schedule and work plan according to deliverables
• Meticulously maintain and communicate details of active projects: status reports, outstanding deliverables, progress to timeline, progress to budget, concerns, mitigations, etc.
• Inform CSL about all commercial opportunities
• Provide support for status and data reports
• Provide project updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders using PID
• You will be involved in program, portofolio, risk and change management
• Collaborate with Functional Consultants, Business Partners and 3rd Parties
• Utilize industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout entire project execution

To be a good fit for the Project Managerrole, you will have:

• Previous experience in financial and shared services projects
• PMP or other certifications likeAgile, Waterfall, Prince2
• 3+ years of experience with development project management, SDLC and agile methodologies
• Nice to have- experience with data mining, process mining, RPA, SAP, Power BI
• Self-initiative and a strong desire to take ownership of the project management function

Keys to success:

• Good German Language skills
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Knowledge of Financial projects and Shared Services projects
• Influence and motivate others, and be assertive when necessary
