Salary 90’000 - 110’000 CHF per year

Requirements:

2+ years of experience leading complex development projects, with knowledge of hardware and software development.
A motivating leader who fosters team collaboration, cultivates a positive work environment, and effectively manages conflicts.
Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication skills in English (German is a plus).
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in mechanical/electrical design, computer science, or a related field.

Lead and manage innovation projects within our Geomatics division
Coordinate cross-functional teams, ensuring timely and on-budget project completion.
Apply a mix of Simultaneous Engineering and Agile principles to manage project deliverables through all development stages
Identify, assess, and manage risks, while effectively communicating updates to stakeholders
Support continuous improvement initiatives and collaborate with interrelated teams to optimize project outcomes
Act as a role model within our organisation and help create a motivating environment where team members can develop and utilise their full potential to deliver high quality products
