JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are looking for a Polish recruitment partner to join our team, whose task will be to establish contacts and find employees from Poland who are interested in working in Finland.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Active search for employees
• Mapping the Polish labour market and creating a database
• Recruiting suitable candidates
• Supporting Polish workers in taking up employment in Finland

WHAT WE EXPECT:

• Experience in recruitment or long-term experience in the construction or industrial sector is an advantage
• Good command of English language
• Sense of duty and integrity
• A team player who is result-oriented
• Good stress tolerance, persuasion and communication skills
