Job DescriptionDesign and implement best practice strategies and insights to assist new partners with the building of their go-to-market strategy, growing their merchant portfolio, and driving new sources of revenues. The Incubator Commercialisation team works closely with the Partner Sales team to insure a smooth transition from contract execution to implementation and go live of our payment solutions strategy. The purpose of this role is to profitably grow topline revenue and improve the penetration of our services with our partner’s client base. The Incubator Commercialisation Manager conducts onsite, telephone or WebEx meetings with stakeholders and sales teams of our newly signed integrated partners to help them learn and market the value of our payments solution. Upon reaching the first anniversary date of the agreement, the ICM will then assist in transitioning the ongoing relationship management to the client’s newly assigned Partner Relationship Manager (RM). AccountabilitiesExecuting a Go-to-Market framework for new partners throughout their first year that includes a roadmap of specific milestones, year end targets and the marketing and sales tools required to achieve them. Setting accurate partner expectations and responsibilities from day 1 – Keeping excitement and focus on value proposition and revenue. Develops and delivers partner and Elavon-based procedures, programs, and sales execution strategies;Identify strategic opportunities and create standardized processes to commercialize partners;Work with Pricing Analysist to build reporting configurations to track the growth and profitability of Partner Solutions within assigned sales organization/vertical;Overseeing on boarding and setup of Partners on systems of record for Operating purposes, regulatory requirements and ongoing performance management;Contributing to performance, targets and goal setting for the partner incubation period and future performance. Light project management of internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment on areas of action and collaboration. Reporting to the Head of Commercialisation & Go to Market - The incubation manager will support a number of high performing partners and will operate within a collaborative team supporting partner growth and will help to identify and co ordinate associated functions including Direct Referral Merchant Sales, Telesales, & Partner Sales teams (3rd Parties), internationally. The role is office based supporting home and office based colleagues, and will require communications and relationship building with colleagues across Elavon’s locations in Europe. Competencies for the roleAbility to work independently as well as collaboratively as a strong team player across all levels of the businessInteraction with business stakeholders and internal stakeholders is important to this role; strong communication skills (written and verbal) are important. Quick self-learner with passion for cloud technologies and business applications. The role requires an individual capable of multi-tasking; dealing with e-mails, operational staff, queries, Experienced with sales process, pipeline management & methodology and performance reporting is desiredExperienced of Salesforce.com desired. Ability to create presentations, to enable execution. Ability to operate and interact with colleagues remotely.
