Omnichannel Key Strategic Initiative Lead @ UNIQA Polska
Spearheading the group-wide Omnichannel Key Strategic Initiative: working closely with various departments to establish guidelines for a multi-channel approach across different business models (segments) / channels and along the entire customer journey; developing comprehensive roadmaps with country teams and oversee their implementation. This role will play a pivotal role in enhancing our customer experience and cross sell capabilities.

- A minimum of 3 years in project management, ideally leading complex initiatives in the insurance or financial services industry
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders at all levels of the organization;
- Proven project management experience in financial institutions or similar environments, especially working in agile teams;
- Excellent organizational skills and a clear track record of effective task breakdown, division, and accomplishment;
- Persuasive and clear communication skills with a customer-oriented attitude;
- Sense of urgency for time-sensitive manners;
- Openness to innovative ideas, inclusion, and diversity;
- Integrity as a leader, team member, and in regard to the customer;
- Respect for all parties professionally involved;
- An excellent command of English language;
- Willingness to travel abroad at least once per quarter;
- A bachelor's degree in business management, project management, insurance, finance or in a related field will be an additional asset.
