There is also no monotony, as sprints usually last approx. 3 weeks and you move on to the next project.  There is an opportunity to develop in different roles - on one project as a developer, and on the next as a leader, on another as a quality check - which gives you an opportunity to develop different skills.   Due to the fact that the team is growing, we currently need 3/4 developers to join our team .   How do we work in the development department:✔ We are passionate about writing quality code and creating awesome user experiences, understand emerging web and mobile development, models✔ We are ambitious, eager, and willing to learn/grow, and the desire to learn the most cutting-edge technologies✔ We develop new and maintain existing enterprise software applications (primarily Web & Mobile Applications)✔ We utilize Azure DevOps for managing the project, work items, source control, automated builds, and testing✔ We design, develop and implement unit and scenario testing for existing code base and for new functionality under development✔ We are able to understand requirements and identify additional requirements necessary from an end user's perspective when using the application✔ We support each other and exchange insights on an ongoing basis to make our cooperation as productive and enjoyable as possible You are the perfect candidate if you have:✔ Experience with. NET 4+ /5. 0, C#, ASP.
