Your responsibilities- Engage with customers and prospects to promote products and identify purchase opportunities,
- You will become an advocate for the organisation, providing best in class customer experience, enhancing the brand in every interaction,
- Contact customers via phone, email, webforms to have enquire about products or services,
- Support sales agents and dealers throughout the whole sales funnel process,
- Inform clients and prospects about loyalty programs and new sales campaigns.

Our requirements- Willingness to interact with clients, provide them with excellent customer experience resulting in a long-term business relationship,
- C2/C1 level of the German and B2 of the English language is a requirement,
- For the training you will need to be available up to 3 weeks; from Monday to Friday between 9. 00 AM and 5. 15 PM,
- After training period working hours are flexible: based on shifts between 09. 00 and 21. 00, from Monday to Sunday,
- Customer orientation and at least 1 year work experience in sales.
