See below Hiring Process description.  --------------------------------------------------------Responsibilities:Extend and improve our GCP / GKE infrastructureAutomate ruthlessly to ensure a resilient, self-tuning system setupCurate our CI/CD pipelines to allow our developers to build and deploy features quickly and reliablySupport at least 2-3 Client's projectsSupport our R&D projectsEducate developers across the company and provide them with the tools to use the platform autonomously and safely (self-serve infrastructure)Requirements:Hands-on in development/operations environmentsExperience and interest in DockerExperience or interest in Helm 3Experience with infrastructure-as-code technologiesWilling to learn and become (Google Cloud) Professional Cloud DevOps Engineer under Stepwise full supportClear communication skills and a diligent mindsetGood knowledge of English is a must (spoken, written, by phone, etc. )Knowledge of one of the cloud platforms (preferably GCP)Knowledge of container technologies like Docker / Podman and Kubernetes / OpenShiftWilling to work in close cooperation with Client Willing to write tech blog posts and participate in meetupsOur Hiring ProcessWe have a quick and engineer-oriented hiring process. It will take 2 interviews that lead up to a potential offer.  Firstly, we will assess your CV. If we think there might be a fit we will invite you to a screening call. Our aim is to get back to you in 5 days, however usually it’s 2 days. For the screening call we will schedule a short meeting with our HR Manager. This call will be an opportunity to chat about our mutual expectations. A part of this conversation will be held in English.
