The Marketing Director is responsible for developing, launching and overseeing the marketing strategies across all business units of AutoBidMaster.
The Marketing Director will serve as the leader of all global marketing activities across US and International markets . The candidate will work closely with the senior leadership to develop and grow marketing strategies with a primary focus on execution and team management. The ideal candidate in this role is a thought leader, visionary, and brand advocate that looks to reach short and long-term business objectives.

For nearly 15 years, we have been successfully providing our US and global customers with access to online auto auctions, and efficiently delivering their vehicles to every major part of the world. Necessary skills for this position :
– Proven experience as a Marketing Director or in a similar role;
– Bachelor’s degree in marketing preferred;
– Have a proven track record of generating, leading and executing fully integrated marketing strategies to increase brand reach, user acquisition, engagement, retention and meeting/exceeding revenue and profitability;
– Hand-on experience with SEO/SEM, Google Analytics, CRM & Monitoring of visitors and sales results;
– Experience in media planning, budget planning, and action plan development;
– Ability to create and scale marketing strategies for global brands, single products, and market regions;
– Excellent analytical and project management skills / Solid understanding of market research and data analysis methods;
– Demonstrable experience in developing efficient strategies and business plans for all marketing aspects (branding, product promotion etc. );
– You must be a self-starter with initiative and drive, capable of executing rapidly with limited strategic direction;
– Solid people and project management skills;
– Advanced English (US) + Ukrainian and/or Russian written and verbal communication skills;
What you will do as a Marketing Director :
– Manage all Marketing activities including vision and execution of marketing strategies worldwide;
– In collaboration with leadership, create a marketing brand strategy and translate it into actionable plans for the organization;
– Preparing and managing monthly, quarterly and annual budgets.
– Co-build and establish an efficient and systematic framework to run growth strategies.
– Build and manage digital marketing roadmap including but limited to; Blog, affiliate marketing, PR, email , SEO, PPC, social media, and marketing analytics;
– Propose and run growth projects to acquire new customers, profit growth for current customers, and reduce churn rate;
– Define, track, analyze and improve marketing key performance indicators (KPI);
– Stay up to date and maintain knowledge of the upcoming digital marketing technologies;
– Build and play a strategic role in the growth team, providing leadership, improvements and guidance;
– Monitor competition (acquisitions, approaches, pricing changes and new products and features);
– Identify opportunities to reach new market segments and expand market share;
– Global content management across all brands (Home page, banners, special galleries, social media, landing pages, newsletters, graphics, blogs, media placements);
– Reporting on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis;
– Following personal KPIs;
