Lead Systems Engineer - Innovative Avionics​We have an opportunity for a Lead Systems Engineer - Innovative Avionics to join our Honeywell team in Cracow.The Avionics industry is entering into an exciting new age of Urban Air Mobility and Autonomous Flight. Be part of a team that will lead the way in this market by developing new compact and lightweight Next Generation Traffic and Surveillance avionics that will be used on a wide variety of aircraft platforms, from Air Transport and Business Jets to UAM/UAS, allowing you to grow your expertise in an exciting industry niche. This is a hybrid role, 3 days in office, 2 from home.You will help create breakthrough innovations that will ensure Honeywell’s leadership position and take a technical leadership role in creating system solutions for the TCAS and Transponder Product Team that will meet the long-term evolving needs of our customers. You will have ownership for systems engineering development at every aspect of the systems life cycle, from the front end of business development through product end of life. You will work across disciplines within the Electronic Systems business to drive growth and reach critical business milestones, with a high degree of visibility in the role.
