• We are looking for a candidate with a strong understanding of Dataverse and Dynamics customizations and configurations. An understanding of PCF (PowerApps Component Framework) controls and how they can enhance Dynamics functionality is essential. You should have good knowledge of plugins, particularly those available in the XrmToolBox. Additionally, experience with designing PowerApps integrations with other Azure components, such as Logic Apps, Azure Service Bus, and Azure Functions, is required. Familiarity with cloud platforms, particularly Microsoft Azure, and associated technologies is necessary. We expect strong technical experience in Azure Cloud architecture, a solid understanding of relational database structures, and expertise in data modeling. You should also have in-depth knowledge of the Microsoft ecosystem, including Azure, REST APIs, Service Bus, and APIM. An understanding of API architecture solutions and deep technical experience with the MS Power Platform and Dynamics ecosystems is vital. Familiarity with building data-driven functionality, implementing logic in Dynamics, and experience with Power Automate flows, workflows, plugins, web resources, business rules, Azure Functions, and Logic Apps is essential. You should also have knowledge of Dynamics-specific table relationships to optimize functionality.

• In this role, you will be responsible for designing, strategizing, and documenting complex applications in a cloud-first environment, focusing on the MS Power Platform, Dynamics, and Power Apps within Azure. You will lead the design of configurations and customizations for Dataverse and Dynamics entities and forms. You will provide technical leadership and expertise by selecting and creating suitable technical solutions based on user needs and business requirements. It will be your duty to analyze large deliverables, breaking them into smaller, manageable components, and ensuring that appropriate software, hardware, and integration methods are employed. You will ensure that technical solutions adhere to quality standards and provide technical governance. Presenting relevant documentation at governance boards, such as the Technical Design Authority and Solution Design Authority, will be part of your role. You will own the technical roadmaps for your allocated capabilities and ensure that ongoing deliveries align with business needs and technology updates. Collaboration with architects from various disciplines is also expected to ensure alignment of architectures. You will work closely with Strategic Delivery Partners to meet IPO requirements, acting as a critical friend to stakeholders to ensure decisions are informed, considering risk, cost, time, and quality. Horizon scanning and continuous research on emerging technologies and services to benefit the IPO will be part of your responsibilities.

As a Lead Dynamics Architect, you will have the opportunity to leverage your expertise to improve our integration with internal and external interfaces while taking ownership of architectural deliverables within the IPO.
